Metal fabrication remains at the heart of what we do—but it’s no longer the whole story. Polaris Metal & Property Works now offers construction, contracting, property management support, dirt work, and forestry services, with a clear focus on small-scale property projects—the practical, necessary jobs that are often too small for large contractors to take on.
Seth and Jeni bring vast, wide-ranging experience across metal work, construction, land and property stewardship, logistics, planning, and hands-on problem solving. That breadth allows us to see projects holistically, communicate clearly, and deliver work that makes sense for how people actually live and work on their properties.
